Jessica Darakjian is a culinary producer, cook, writer, and research editor based out of Claremont, CA. With over 20 years of experience working in the food industry, she owes her love and dedication to slow foods to her time working alongside Marta Teegan and Robert Stelzner of Cookbook Market in Los Angeles. Over the years she has had the pleasure of working alongside many talented chefs and creatives including Rick Martinez, Jing Gao, Rie McClenny, Karla Vasquez, Caroline Hwang, Brittany Mullins, Eric Wareheim, Rebecca Grasley, Julianna McIntosh, Becca Millstein and Vilda Gonzalez.
