Fun Fruit Salad
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
1 cup (250 g/9 oz) vanilla yoghurt
1–2 mangoes, sliced
1–2 cups berries
2 passionfruit
handful slivered almonds,
roasted handful mint leaves
edible flowers, to garnish
Method
Spread the yoghurt over a serving dish and top with the mango and berries. Spoon passionfruit pulp over, then scatter with roasted almonds and top with mint and edible flowers.
