Will Ricker

Arriving in London with a property background and no money but plenty of ambition and a firm vision, Australian-born Will Ricker set up his first restaurant, Cicada, in 1996. Two years later, in nearby Hoxton, Great Eastern Dining Room followed and in 2001, in the heart of Notting Hill, e&o arrived to great critical acclaim. His success story continued with Eight over Eight in Chelsea, XO and XO to GO in Belsize Park, and a cocktail bar Glo Glo’s. Ricker has won numerous awards for both his restaurants and his outstanding food, which have attracted a huge and loyal following.
