Marie Frank is a recipe developer and pastry chef based outside of Copenhagen. She was a pastry chef at Andra Eatery and worked at Det Vide Hus coffee shop in Copenhagen and Osterberg Ice Cream. She is the author of the Substack newsletter More than Sweet.
