Georgia Angus is a sucker for birds and trees. As a university student of anthropology and biological science, her writing has always focused on cultural connections to environment, a connection overwhelmingly represented in her book 100 Australian Birds. Between painting, writing and studying, she spends as much time as possible bushwalking and scaring off her neighbours by popping out of hedges while in pursuit of bowerbirds.
