Douglas Holgate is the illustrator of million-copy bestselling series The Last Kids on Earth from Penguin Kids (now also an Emmy winning Netflix animated series), and the 'exploded comic' series Big Trouble. For the last 20 years, Doug has made books and comics for publishers around the world from his garage in regional Victoria, Australia. He lives with his family in the Australian bush on five acres surrounded by 80 million year old volcanic boulders and a large fat dog that could possibly be part-polar bear.
