Lene Knudsen trained in fashion and began her career as a fashion illustrator. She has had a passion for baking ever since she can remember, and one day the desire to make cakes became too strong for her to continue working in an office. She knocked on the door of the legendary Rose Bakery in Paris to learn the tricks of the trade and hasn’t looked back since.
